Arrived broken, parts break off easily - An OK toy if you want a cheap toy that your kid can play with for a little while

I bought this for my son's 3rd birthday. It arrived broken. Before I even opened the box, I could see a small piece that goes on the "tank" part was broken off and floating around the manufacturer's packaging box. I received it less than a week before his birthday, so I didn't bother sending it back for an exchange. Luckily, my son didn't really notice or care. A couple of days later, the side mirrors broke off.
I'll put it this way, it's an $11 toy motorcycle. If you're looking for something to last a long time or hold up against a kid playing with it, this probably is not the toy for you. If you want a cheap toy that your kid can play with for a little while (and you don't worry about your kid accidentally eating small part or sticking them places they shouldn't), get it. My son has enjoyed playing with this despite it's major fragile/cheap manufacturing flaws.
