You will never find a better jewelry cleaner!!!

I have a lot of jewelry and thought I kept it clean until I got this cleaner. It is the best! I get so many compliments on my jewelry, it all looks new. I highly recommend it. Having dirty jewelry is like having mud on a Porsche! I see people wearing beautiful jewelry and it makes me so sad to see how dirty it is. People spend thousands of dollars on jewelry but don't keep it clean, it's such a waste! If you have any nice jewelry, you need this cleaner! I put my jewelry in the top every night then steam it periodically. I LOVE IT. One thing, be careful with the steamer, I blew a diamond out of one of my necklaces. It was my fault, I was over zealous cleaning it. So many people have asked me about it, 5 people I know have already bought it, I literally clean everyone's jewelry who come to my house. A MUST BUY!!!

This machine performs excellent, very pleased that I spent the extra money to purchase this unit compared to the cheaper 30 to 50 dollar ones that clearly will not last nor did they provide a steam generator.

Best non-commercial steamer on the market. As a former jeweler, I know the importance of having a cleaner/steamer that works well. The ultrasonic portion of the unit works amazing! The steamer is simple to use - just follow the directions. It will take a person a couple of tries to figure out the correct positioning of the jewelry to the steam nozzle to minimize the droplets that may form if you have the jewelry too close to the nozzle. Also, use a paper towel to dry any vapor that may remain after steaming. The jewelry will be quite warm so try not to touch the metal of the ring immediately after cleaning. Great product!
( I don't think there's even a heating element in the ultrasonic cleaner which is really a bad thing.

This is the same quality a professional jeweler would use. it works perfectly the only drawback is that the water does not get hot enough while the jewelry is in the ultrasonic cleaner :( I don't think there's even a heating element in the ultrasonic cleaner which is really a bad thing.

The truth is, it worked for a quite some time but then broken and started leaking from the bottom of the tank, I say it does not worth $199 it worth $50 instead because made of cheap material
