Was a little skeptical because of the lower ratings on this item but it works just as it should. I've used it with the "XICHEN®Starry Sky Stars Nail Art Stickers Tips Wraps Foil Transfer Adhesive Glitters Acrylic DIY Decoration (24PCS 24 Colors)(4cm*100cm)" that I also ordered off Amazon and it works perfectly. Make sure to allow the glue to COMPLETELY dry before you press on the foil. It could get ugly otherwise.

Smells just like Elmer's Glue and has just as much tackiness so nothing sticks.
Took a month to arrive.

It took a month to arrive and then didn't get sticky enough to transfer the foil. Very disappointed.
