They're wheat thins. They taste like a salted grain cracker. Tasty and expected. Husband has a soy allergy and this is one of the few foods that is soy free that he's loved since childhood. Getting the bulk package is a good deal. Lasts for a couple months for him to take in his lunch and snack on occasionally if the kids don't get into them, that is. I like how they're shipped all packed together in plastic, makes it harder for the kids to unpack them in a sneaky manner and easy for me to maintain one opened box at a time tucked back in the plastic so nobody is the wiser that it's opened.
