I have 4 they work amazing. We use them on the tile inside the house. This product was not received which is the only reason for the 1 star. Got a different color one in.

Defective steering handle (wrong) connection. The "expansion" device used is for stationary concrete, not a dynamic (moving) torque application. Bicycles have used the correct "sliding wedge sleeve" connecter for years. You will never see a concrete connecter on a bicycle for steering!

My husband thought this was just another gimmicky toy for the grands but he has since said numerous times what a great toy it is. It was easy to put together. It's great for a wide range of kids to enjoy. I think I under age 3 may be tricky motor development wise as it's all about the steering movement. The price point is great. The only con is how often you must tighten the steering when it stops moving properly.
Kids love them.
