We bought a quart of the low VOC version of this product. The low VOC was a safety precaution for our handyman. He used foam brushes to apply about one-half quart of this product in a 12 inch diameter circle around our electric entrance (on roof). The temperature of the air was about 70 degrees.

This stuff is amazing. I'm sure it has many more uses than I could possibly think of. I've used it to seal flashing, seal end grain on wood and seal antenna coaxial cable connections and other things. You can't buy a more useful, versatile sealant.
