So 3XL fits a 6'0" person that's ~256 lbs. Might be a tad snug in the shoulders, but not enough to not wear it. I finally used it last night after purchasing it for a trip last summer. Never wore it on the trip as the water was 85 degrees at depth. (Love some Grand Cayman diving).
This is a great value for ~$60 I would buy one again. I did buy the full suit but it didn't seem to fit the same so it was returned. YMMV

I was in San Diego in October and the water temperature was around 68F. I was able to stay in the water all day and felt absolutely perfect. I am now a wet suit convert and likely will venture into the water more often during winter seasons.I am not sure of the durability, but it worked perfectly for me.
As far as fit, I am 6FT 175lbs and the Large fit me perfectly. At first, I thought it was too tight but when I moved around it was fine.

Excellent purchase !! By the table my size would be medium. However, I needed a more loose clothing, to fish at night, so I decided to take the large size. It looked good, but a little loose on the waist and leg. Was exactly what I was looking for. If you want this weltsuit for swimming or diving, it has to stay tight on the body. Soon you will have to buy the size specified by the manufacturer. I have 1.73 m and 72 kg.

My husband ordered this to run a Spartan Race in during the winter. He needed it! It was raining, 44 degrees, and windy. This thing worked beautifully for him. He says he was not cold during the whole race and he did not get cold until he took it off to shower and change clothes. The walk back to the car when he was not wearing it was worse than the whole race! It held up well and washed out clean.

This is a very well designed piece that kept my son warm in the water while he boogie boarded and swam in the ocean. My son is 6'1" and about 240. He fit well in this, and it was comfortable and loose with his very broad shoulders and thick legs. The back zipper worked great, super functional and very easy to zip and unzip. It looked terrific on him, too - not that he's vain, but :-). I am glad I brought this for his holiday gift and he used it so much it was perfect!
