This was a fantastic option for the repair of our mini-van door. Rather a complex project. Worked slow and methodical. This part has an improved design which helped ease one of the trickier parts for the install. We saved a thousand dollars over the cost of having the dealer repair this broken cable and winder housing.

I have the mechanic install the sliding door cable and the cable came off at the end and I have them crimp the cable and still it was short by one inch. I paid the mechanic $480.00 to install it. Need and another cable sent to me ASAP.

Broken cable on my 2005 Toyota Sienna passenger automatic sliding door. Used this site:[...] as well as a couple youtube videos to replace. You will need to wind the cable which was intimidating at first, but I was able to figure it out.
I installed about 2 months ago and with heavy use, it is still working excellent. Would highly recommend.
