10 year old boy scared to fight without this helmet. He doesn't want to get hit in the face. He doesn't love it though. Doesn't fit perfect, these open ears never line up right. May be a bit to big. His small USA competition headguard fit perfect but now he is scared to use it. The Face Saver, it's hard to get the mouth guard in and water is not an option. I like it because it protects his nose, teeth, and jaw from KO.

Very disappointed with the tie string it looks mangled. Also, has a few imperfections thru out the headgear nothing to worry about! My son loves the color and it fits nicely I bought this one to have room for growth, I'm using it on the tightest settings. My son is 8 years old his S/M still fits with some room for growth but we are passing it down to his little sister who is 7.
