The sanitizer works fine, however, the "scoop" they send in the package for measuring the chemical is just a plastic spoon, like you'd get in a cafeteria. We've used Diversey's Beer Glass Cleaner, and it came with a legitimate scoop, so it was a bit awkward when this came with a plastic spoon instead.
