Great way to store stuff

Seems well enough made although it is a semi-soft plastic so I wouldn't advise overloading it. That being said it installed easily in my 2017 Ford F150. The instructions were clear enough and the mounting parts seem well made. I like the fact that it is easy to remove yet could be locked in place to deter theft. The lid also locks down with a key but I have a tonneau cover so probably won't need to lock the box.
Bought one for both sides.

This is the second truck I have equipped with these boxes so you know I like them. Installation is easy, although I had to remove the tail light on my F150. Once the mounting brackets are installed the boxes slip onto the bracket and are easily removed if necessary. I installed one on each side and got rid of my full width box behind the cab and haven't missed it. Not as much room but unless you're a contractor or something like that you don't need most of that stuff anyway. If you buy one for the passenger side make sure your product number ends in "P" as they are not interchangeable
2015 f150 with bedliner

Great toolbox. Bought for my 2015 f150. Install was super easy. Took less then 30 min. I have a drop in bedliner and despite what was said about having to trim it in order to fit I didn't have to trim at all. Mounted directly over the liner. I did shim the last with a couple washers just to make the locking smoother. Overall super happy with it.

Product is a hard plastic ABS. Not sure how long it will last or how much weight it will actually hold. Installed on a 2017 F150. Unfortunately the bracket that installs over the Box Link would not fit with the tie down. I had to force it on and then drill out the holes as it did not align. (The tie down was wider than the bracket opening so it forced he sidesnoit aloghtly.) but I made it work. There was also a defect in the box (pic shown) and I had to bend the lower mount arm to get it straight. Wasn't going to deal with sending it back. Also, despite the instructions saying it cannot be mounted over a drop-in liner, I did it. (Pic shown)
Install tip: if installing over your drop in liner, it will require you to drill holes. Drill the center hole first and insert the bolt and screw, then do the upper and lower. You will also need to trim the liner around the Box Link bracket.
