Couldn't use it. One of the connectors for the plates did not work. I had opened it when I received to see if all the parts were there. They were so I just packed it back up to wait for the event. Couldn't attached the plates because of the defective connector. Absolutely did not have time to return it. (Time constraints were why I ordered online.) The only reason I didn't rate it 1 star is I dislike the words used for 1 star!

Broke very quickly. The screws come loose easily and if you are not careful it will fall apart and shatter. Nice piece though!

Very cheap materials. Do not buy. I bought this for my daughter's birthday party and put it together and immediately put back in the box because I didn't feel like it would even hold food.

The bolts inside the rods that the acres that connect the central rod holding up the glass tiers slip out! It's not glued or welded and I guess it's supposed to rely on friction????
When I went to pick it up the whole bottom tray slipped out as the bolt slipped
Out of the central rod!!!Glass everywhere. Thank god no one was injured. I would like a refund in this Defective product!!!!! Amazon should not be selling it!!!

The FIRST time I used this, the part that screws in popped out which means you can't pick it up by the handle anymore or tighten it. Read the reviews and it seems a few people are having this issue. It also came with no instructions whatsoever which made things tricky at first. Both seem like things they could've fixed easily but instead choose to ignore customer reviews. Bad customer service
