So I've been battling with low weight due to medication I take for ADHD"¦ & I lost about 30lbs a few years back due to stress but I'm healthy, very active and even stopped taking my ADHD medication for the desire of gaining weight. I ordered this product when I was off the medicine for about a month, product shipped fast and I took the recommended dosage as soon as the package arrived. I was at 110lbs and climbed up to 125lbs-129lbs within that month! I've started back on my ADHD medication again and can notice the lack of appetite associated to it so I'm going to start back taking the Eatmore supplements to keep my weight I have gained by using Eatmore and basically just eating everything that I can without making myself feel sick. SIDE EFFECTS? I didn't notice anything other than the occasional uncomfortable feeling of them going down my throat, they are in the larger side pill wise to swallow but not abnormal. They're a usual size that normal vitamins are in the clear capsules with the loose/packed brown filling (all sorts of vitamins looked similar to this description, so I'm sure you're getting a pretty accurate idea of what it looks like). If anything maybe heartburn?? But if you're looking for a way to gain weight and don't have a large budget these definitely work and it's honestly better in my opinion than a shake or stuff you blend into drinks because before I took this stuff I was already ordering the shakes with the most calories as my drink for months sometimes I'd add protein powder and still had struggles to get my weight up without feeling nauseated. Even was taking shots of organic unrefined coconut oil or organic avocado or grape seed oil! lol my skin and hair was definitely looking better tho"¦ Not sure how long it took to notice the change in weight because I was somewhat afraid to look at the scale in fear of my numbers dropping but my pants started filling out more and an employee of mine said she noticed that I gained some weight and it looks good on me. That's when I got on the scale and realized a month in I went from juggling 110-113lbs to 125-129lbs. Thanks to the company! Seems like the price went up since I last purchased it, but I need another bottle lol

My take on it is that it works! This basically gives me a different type of feeling of "hunger". For me, it makes my stomach feel warm on the inside - more than likely from the break down of the turmeric and the ginger. The only way I can describe it is that it doesn't feel like "hunger", but more of a "warm feeling" - but it works because this type of feeling I cannot ignore and makes me want to eat a ton for the feeling to go away. But you have to drink plenty of water because when I just swallowed the pills, they got stuck in my throat and that warm feeling stayed in my throat instead of my stomach, making me not hungry. I started taking two pills before every meal, but became accustomed to it so now I take three pills instead. In the end, it works to help you eat!

My husband has been having issues with lack of appetite for a while now and nothing has worked and after taking this product "¦ WOW"¦ this product is amazing and started working right away! I will be subscribing so he doesn't run out. 5 stars

Hating to jump the gun on this since I've only taken my first one capsule today"¦but"¦my limited research on the ingredients shows that many of the natural herbs and roots are bitter and can increase salivary gland output, which should prep the body for food. I did not taste any bitterness.

I did notice salivary difference after only one. The capsules are big, so I started with one.

I additionally made it a point today to have ready-made food on hand so I don't have to prepare anything, which many of us may agree with. Publix pasta salad, chicken salad, and seafood salad. No fuss, no muss helps me eat more than having to prepare something?

Could just be psychosomatic, so I'll keep you posted. Hoping this experiment will encourage someone, myself included.
