Works great to get up smoke damage from ceiling, even grease fires in kitchen or fireplace mantles. Wipe ceiling and repaint, DO NOT USE WATER OR CLEANERS to remove smoke damage, it only makes a mess and harder to repaint. Works great to dust blinds or ceiling fan blades too. Wash and reuse after they dry well. For smoke damage rooms, order a few packs because drying takes at least 24 hours.

Had a garage fire(plastic garbage can caught fire & melted along with wood shelf, paint, tire rubber, etc) months ago & been cleaning with all purpose cleaner, vacuum and elbow grease by scrubbing. What a mess. Read reviews and took a chance. This is amazing. Works great & wish used from day one. Unfortunately, the areas that already scrubbed are not getting cleaner from this product. So, if have a fire, PLEASE USE this FIRST & DON'T try scrubbing before have. Vacuum w/ shop vac first is okay, then use this product AND still look like never happened. I guess it could depend on surface, but using on dry wall, brick, cinder block that's been primed & couple walls had white paint over the primer. But wish had been using all along, would be done(been 2 months & still scrubbing) & would have used less force etc... Great product!

We have significant thermal bridging/ghosting on our vaulted ceilings in the family room in which we have a wood stove. These sponges worked wonderfully to remove the sut and dirt from the ceilings. They tend to fall apart quickly, as we have popcorn ceiling. They also work so well, that you can distinctly see where you scrubbed and where you didn't.

These sponges are the best thing since sliced bread for taking cat hair off of our furniture. Just wipe it on the upholstery and like magic it all adheres to the sponge. We have 4 cats so I do alot of "wiping". But it is a piece of cake with this product. I definitely recommend this product (even if you don't have cats, it's great on lint and dust too lol)!

I used to use these type of sponges professionally and now I'm using them personally for my home. These are top quality and perform very well . A little pricey if you're going to do your entire house though.
