Defective and terribly cheap
Heidi•August 6, 2017
Do not buy! not only are they made of cheap plastic but one of the tuners I got was defective. It couldn't hold tension without popping out of place. And one of the washers I got had a square edge cut out of it! Terrible product and no return policy, please be warned.
Move along, these are not the tuners you are looking for.

I only needed one of these, but because of the cheap price I just bought a whole set. It's a good thing, because 2 of the 3 right side tuning pegs were defective. I would get the guitar string to where it was within a step or two from the correct pitch and the gear would slip and loosen the string again. Thankfully the 3rd one worked, but it meant having to do three times the work.
I contacted the seller and never heard back from them.

OK in a pinch, but cheap plastic makes for poor longevity and build quality.

I bought these to replace a missing tuning machine head on my acoustic Yamaha - a screw had come loose and I ended up losing one while performing. I was able to replace the missing head without issue, and the included screws even fit my existing machines, so it was a quick-fix. However, I was pretty disappointed to find that the tuning machine heads included in this package are actually made of chrome-painted PLASTIC! Had I known this prior to purchasing, I would have looked around a bit more. Great for replacement heads but as a complete set I recommend spending a bit more and going for all-metal. You get what you pay for!
its given that chrome looks great but the craftmanship is so bad

its given that chrome looks great but the craftmanship is so bad, 2 of the tunnels has a bit wide groove that makes hard to fit and the screw at the back doesnt aim so i have to drill 4 new holes sucks really. looks good but craftmanship is lacking so my installation is a bit hard and annoying.
Hmm..

One of mine came broken.. when I tried to tighten the string, it wouldn't turn anymore. Like the post wasn't connected to the tuning peg, it would just resist the twist enough to not do anything. I am very disappointed and would not buy again.
