Heavy duty look and feel. However, I will not let the kids clean these dishes. They will not take the "Clang and Bang" that kids do to dishes when they dont want to do their choirs. So we clean them ourselves and feel they will last a long time. The only downside is that they are discontinuing parts of the set. i.e. the coffee cups are np longer available. But we look for them all the time.

I think this line of Certified International are beautiful.
The "Gilded Wine" is my main set, but I have added a few pieces from
their sister sets, i.e., these Tuscan View" plates.
While not the exact same design, they work together beautifully.
