I have gotten a couple of them for different bags I have, and I love em. Basically, you can work your bag anytime without gloves. I have tough fists anyway, but this makes it a pleasure to hop into my gym and have at it. Very soft. You can get some Velcro strips off Amazon, too, which will stick to the underside of this. Anyway, you'll dig it

It works well. Make sure it fits around your bag. It is much better than the Title Gel wrap. I use the MaxMMA air/water bag. It comes with one cushion wrap. I needed 2 so I could kick and punch without moving the pad up and down on the bag. No problems yet.
