Overall, I'm decently satisfied with the product. I'd tried an ecotools loofah a few months ago and was really impressed by how sudsy it got, how well it exfoliated, and how gentle it was. I couldn't find any in stores near me, so after it was used up, resorted to other brands until I found these on Amazon. I ordered the delicate 6-pack, and unlike some other reviewers, received all 6 (note: I purchased directly from amazon). For the most part, I like these replacements. They are gentle on the skin, but still exfoliate very well. I've used mine for 3 weeks and haven't had any durability issues. My main qualm, however, is that these do not lather quite as well as my original one. With my old one, I applied body wash once, lathered, scrubbed my body, rinsed off, and was able to do a second scrub without adding additional body wash because there was so much lather left. With these new ones, I have to apply new body wash for the second scrub, which unfortunately means I need to replace my body wash twice as fast. And this is using the same body wash (I bought in bulk last year and I'm still working through it)
Overall, I think the performance is 5/5. I've tried many brands and ecotools definitely has one of the best balances between gentleness and effective exfoliation. But I'm removing a star because the lathering, while not bad, isn't as good as I'd hoped.
