Vacuum is terrible, however very easy starting, surely recoil start.

I bought this for the sole purpose of vacuuming leaves and any debris that maybe in them. The vacuum failed miserably for that. I had to take them into a pile and then it slowly sucked them up. However it soon jammed. Just seems like to large of a feed tube for so little power.

I bought this based on the reviews. It was delivered quickly and extremely simple to put together. My 14 year old son and I have no issues starting it whatsoever every time and it's very powerful. I use it to clear my driveway/brick paver patio of leaves, sticks, etc. and it's wonderful. I cannot think of one complaint for this item.

This Remington blower is great machine. The air velocity isn't quite as strong as the Ryobi blower I replaced, but the volume of air it moves is substantially more. This is like hurricane in your hand. This machine is also one of the few that can be used as a vacuum. That is important to me. I dinged it a star for two reasons. First, it is a bit heavy. Second, it is more difficult to start than the Ryobi was. The Ryobi always started on the fourth pull, but the Remington takes about a dozen to wake up.
