You're better off buying something else
HealthyLivingMay 30, 2016
Very very very cheap quality and it smells very toxic. Avoid at all cost! Threw mines away since it wasn't worth the money to ship it back. You're better off buying something else. The wrist rest is not even filled with foam or a type of memory gel; It's filled with air that makes a hissing sound as you put your wrist on it. The whole thing looks like it was cut by hand which isn't a compliment. So, yeah... avoid buying this. I can't stress that enough. just having this thing in your room will probably give you cancer from the smell alone. Also, i'm not imagining this. Hopefully, you can tell from the passion in my verbiage.
Amazon Reviews Are Hysterical After You've Already Made The Mistake of Purchasing A Bad Product...

This was the best $4.99 I ever spent to get a hysterical fit of laughter out of. I didn't read any reviews prior to purchasing but after this product arrived, I was curious, so began trolling through reviews. Turns out the HORRENDOUS smell of this thing is a problem for everyone! So if you want to spend the money and then scroll threw reading reviews and die laughing at the shared misery this thing has caused, do so by all means. Worst mousepad ever. Turns out I should have kept the piece of paper I was using under my mouse instead of this thing. Every time someone walks into my office, I make them smell my mousepad just so they don't think I have the worst smelling flatulence on Earth. I thought it would "air out" eventually....it hasn't. I'd trash it but I feel guilty about putting this pollutant in a landfill.
Great for gaming!! Love it. Very comfortable.

This actually was quite cheap and for the material that was used to make it was and is still to this day very comfortable and easy for my hand and wrist to use my mouse. I use the computer quite often and need something for my arm to grip or else it tends to slide depending on what I am doing at the time, I play a lot of games and and if my mouse is not on this pad and just sitting on the plain surface, it doesn't always work best lol. Very happy with this buy, I would recommend this mouse pad to anything that spends a lot of time using the computer for game..
I can't get over the horrid smell!

I bought this in high hopes that I'd be able to use it right away at work, but the smell of it just kills me.

I brought it to work to use and I started getting a migraine from how awful it smelt. I would put lotion under my nose in hopes that it would override the smell, but it didn't. I would shower right after work and the smell just seeps into your skin and clothes. Doing the DIY tricks to clean it to get rid of the smell don't work either.

Not a good purchase. Get something rubber based that won't hold the same stench this has.
Really?

The other people who rated this item with anything above a 1 star must either work for the company or got a completely different product. I ordered these almost a month ago. They came today; two folded and crumpled "mouse pads" in 5 x 7 padded envelope. The most ridiculous part? The padded envelope has more padding than these "mouse pads." Ultra slim=cheaply made. Yes, the ENVELOPE it came in has more CUSHION and substance to it than the mouse pads. They smell horrible (like plastic, chemicals, and pipe tobacco). The bottom of "mouse pads" don't grip anything but it doesn't matter because they won't lay flat anyway. The material is so thin and cheap the pads crinkled to point of permanent deformity inside the package. The material it is made out of is not even close to a texture I'd want rubbing against my wrist. It's almost as if someone glued together fabric from my high school graduation gown with plastic material found in oven mitts. The wrist rest on these pads seems like a bad joke. It's literally just an area of pad that sort of holds a little air but when you put your wrist on it goes flat. Really? Amazon there is something fishy if most the reviews for this product are giving such high ratings for it. I guess you get what you pay for though.
