I bought the three versions of Borsari salt and couldn't be happier. I literally only need to reach for this ONE seasoning and my dish is made immeasurably better and delicious. I highly recommend this product. One caution: start with very little and slowly add more as needed. It is very flavorful and you don't want to overdo it. Enjoy!
