This product is great! My cat suddenly started using my closet as a litter basket and urine was all over my laundry. I sprayed it all with this product and let it set over night. The next day the laundry smelled minty fresh and was ready to place in my washing machine. Putting cat-soiled laundry through the washing machine - without using this product - does not remove the odor. Now the door to my closet always remains closed.

I've owned a pet sitting/walking business for over 10 years and I'm cleaning up pet stuff daily. This is by far one of the best Pet stain and odor removers that I have ever used however it is not worth the price.

Pros: Works great, smells good, you can spray it and leave it (This is what I like the most)

Cons: Price. This product is way too expensive. You can buy similar products that work just as well from Home Depot for under $10 a gallon

Let me preface by, I don't write product reviews. I know everyone says that, but when you find a product like this....you write a review.

We have 5 dogs and a cat. I mean the carpet gets destroyed. I cannot even explain to you how well this has worked! I pre-treated urine and poopy areas, let sit for 1 hour and then carpet cleaned with the product. The smell is phenomenal, fresh and definitely doesn't smell like chemicals. Seriously, trust me, I have tried EVERYTHING aimed at removing pet urine odor and this is the only thing I will EVER buy again! I'm getting the carpet cleaner next, I'm sure it's more concentrated. I saw a previous buyer recommend angry orange after to prevent recurrent accidents. The mint and orange combo=heaven. I wish I took before and afters just so I could show how well this works!

Seriously. Try it.

This stuff is a godsend! I actually love the smell, it's very fresh and almost minty, does not smell like chemical. I used to try my best with Comet powder when my cats would have messes, but the bleachy smell was very strong had would come off very much like a "cover up". It's worked wonders on #1 and #2 and it hasn't changed the texture of our beige carpet even after dried. It's definitely more effective when the mess is cleaned up/dabbed up as much as possible before saturating it with this stuff. This has been a very useful tool while my cats are transitioning from a traditional litter box to the Litter Robot (that's another story, but it's a transition that has been made less stressful thanks to not worrying about stains).

My only criticism is the leakiness of the spray top during shipping. It was really helpful the bottle came encased in shrink wrap, but once I cut open the wrapper it was slightly wet and I could smell the product had leaked out.

Took a couple of treatments, and some rubbing with a damp washcloth, but the cat urine stain from my new sofa is now gone and there is no trace of it whatsoever, even under a blacklight.
