They're OK, they do what they need to

I've been using these cups for quite a long time. I find that I have to be very careful with them or they will become damaged. Overtime the clear cups become clouded because they get scratches from the sponge during cleaning (I never felt safe enough to put these in the dishwasher) and I need to take the rubber/plastic piece in the lid out so that mold doesn't build up while drying. However, even though cleaning them is a pain and they don't really hold up over time they are a nice large cup and does not have condensation. These are kind of the point of a tumbler so I have to give them 4 stars. The only time one of these cup broke was when I accidentally knocked it onto a concrete floor which was my bad and not the cups.

My wife has purchased many of these to use for crafting and has never received a single complaint from her customers. We even have a few that we use on a daily basis that she customized. She bought this cup mainly because it has a clear, blank canvas for her to customize as she needs to, and the sticker that is included comes off with ease and some glue remover.
So far I am happy with this product

So far I am happy with this product. Put it in the dishwasher already and don't noticed any "leaking". I used them for hot and cold, and even with hot coffee the insulation is pretty good, tumbler just feels warm to the touch while keeping the content scalding hot. If they hold up and won't start leaking between the walls I will order more.
Perfect for smoothies

Perfect for smoothies. Good capacity, easy to clean, and the double wall keeps things cold. The labels are cute, but not necessary. The straws don't completely seal the opening on the lid, so they aren't spill-proof.
Reasonably priced tumblers do not fight supervillians, but keep drinks cold.

Every year I get overheated and every year I break a couple of mason jars trying to beat the heat through liquid cooling. This year I took the plunge to get an exclusive cold-beverage-container. I'm on a budget, so I didn't have twenty bucks to drop on a state-of-the art vacuum sealed stainless steel tumbler, and two for twelve seemed like a good deal to me. I got the 24 oz variety.
The cups come well packed, and the reusable labels stick well to the surface (reusable meaning you can put them on different cups, not that you can write different names on it, so check your spelling before you write). I rinsed before use and enjoyed. They're fairly easy to clean, and I'm handwashing them based on previous reviews, since I'd like these to last. These are technically dishwasher safe, but in a budget cup the seal will perform better with handwashing. Care in cleaning is the tradeoff I chose for not paying with the soul of my firstborn for a cup. The threads can be tricky to line up perfectly, but I've found that setting the cup on a solid surface while I secure my beverage cuts down the difficulty by 95%.
The cups perform well. I left the closed tumbler, full of ice, in my van in hundred degree weather for just over an hour, and barely had a sip of melted water to wet my whistle when I got back. I say that's decent performance for a budget item. I haven't used them to hold hot liquids, but I imagine the principal will be similar, though I assume with this kind of container, it'll be a better keep-you-cool item.
A note on materials; It's acrylic, not adamantium. It will be subject to the same pitfalls of anything made of acrylic. Don't expect it to stand up to a chainsaw or an assault by zombie. That's common sense. I did lose a lid to a combination of teenage elbow and tile floor, but the cup WAS full at the time and survived the fall. This is where the customer service came into play and I have to say, it was FABULOUS, timely and cheerful.
Remember, if you're wanting a tumbler that will last through the apocalypse and still keep your drink cold, you're probably not wanting something made of acrylic. If you want a nice double walled beverage container that, with some care, will keep your infused water chilly all summer and want it paired with fabulous customer service, this is your mojo.
