Best box cutter ever I've order 5 more they cut through cardboard with little effort. The belt clip rules as I do stock and was constantly setting my old knife down and forgetting where I put it. I spent more time looking for the knife than stocking. Not with this it's always on my belt and if it falls out of the holster the cord keeps u from losing it. Highly recommend !!!!

Not the sturdiest box cutter I've ever had ... in fact it's by far the flimsiest feeling, but it does work and I have to admit I feel safer using this myself and handing it off to my kids when there are a bunch of boxes to cut down. The grip switch thing that makes the knife come out is so easy you hardly realize you're doing it.

Don't be fooled by the misleading illustration, however. I thought I'd get TWO of these but there was only one.

great for work,i work in a grocery store and i need a cutter i could use for cutting boxes open.like the holster because the cutter i have now that the store provides for you is nice, but i want my own cutter with a holder.the lanyard is flimsy at most and it will break very easy.too bad its not thicker and sturdier because its very thin and fragile.comes with one blade and an extra one in the blade storage compartment located on top of the cutter that lifts up to change the blade.

My job says that we have to use these in lieu of standard utility knives. I'll admit, at first I was like "oh great, my normal box cutter is 'too dangerous' so I gotta use some dumb watered down version of it," however, after using this, I found that I actually liked it. The holster and laynard were convenient, and with the squeeze handle, I don't have to worry accidentally putting it away with the blade sticking out (which I've never had happen with my normal one, but still). I liked it so much that I bought 2; one for me, and one for my mom who works at the same place as me.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's the morning after I got the product, and while trying to take the hoster off (I didn't realize the clip had a notch which was preventing me from doing so), I broke the lanyard. The plastic-y part that holds the laynard and ring parts together snapped apart. I haven't even had this product 24 hours, and part of it's already broke. I'd be more angry if it wasn't something a twisty tie instantly fixed.

Overall, the rest of the product still works fine, so I'm not going freak out about it. I'm looking forward to using it at work!

I suggest everyone buy this! It's perfect and I love the Holster! It even LOCKS! Look at the picture, at the Top shows the (L-Lock) so even though it's Self-Retracting... it Locks. I will buy more for the Job...
