This equals or exceeds the best balsamic vinaigrette that I have experienced in ANY restaurant. Use a balsamic vinegar and an extra virgin olive oil worthy of the dry ingredients - that is, top notch. Though excellent freshly mixed, we find that it actually improves slightly if refrigerated promptly after use, and then, allowed to warm up a bit before the next use. The flavors seem to steep through the water-based part of the mixture. The olive oil will congeal in the refrigerator, but if shaken a bit after warming, everything will reconstitute to the original form. Follow the fill marks clearly designated on the Good Seasons mix carafe (highly recommended), in the sequence stated on the package. Besides salads, also is great as a dipping sauce for meats. Excellent product!

My store may have discontinued. Not sure but they were out. So glad I could buy on Amazon and a great price too. Garlic Cheese was the best but is no longer available so switched to Garlic Herb. I hope it's never discontinued! Can't stand bottled shelf salad dressing!

This is one of the best mixes I've ever used. It has been discontinued at my 2 grocery stores so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. For a really great dressing, add some balsamic reduction in addition to the regular balsamic vinegar. Yummy!
