This is a great product. I change them twice a year. They are especially effective in the summer, of course, when the fans are used the most.
I live in Manhattan, off a main thoroughfare. The dirt and dust from the street is constant and this filter keeps my fan blades spotless, as well
as catching and keeping the dirt from landing on other appliances in the room.

works fine. However, the price is a higher than a chain such as Lowes or Menards.
wish they had a little more depth like the ones they replaced because they will fill up ...

Renders your ceiling fan useless

Cleans a few dust particles at the cost of sacrificing air circulation, this is not an option during the summer. Had two of these put on a room ceiling fan, then I noticed there was NO air being circulated downward (even at a high fan speed). I noticed the only air being pushed was at the ends of the blades due to the air being redirected. These act as barriers for the air to properly circulate, and render the ceiling fan useless.
