If I could give this product more stars I would. It is a godsend for cavity pain. I have horrible teeth and I am waiting until July to get them all pulled and the pain is unbearable at times. This has 20 percent benzocaine and in stores all you can find is 6 to 8 percent. I love the applicator device and how it comes with 50 clean felt like tips that fit perfect in cavities and on gums. It worked so well I bought a kit to have on hand

This is the best stuff I've ever used. It's not going to get 100% of the pain and it doesn't last long, but it's the best out there as far as I'm concerned and I've tried it all. It comes with a lot of applicators and the kit itself lasts a long time so it's well worth the price!

These are an absolute lifesaver. I had a cracked tooth with an exposed nerve that needed a root canal and crown. My dentist rescheduled my visit several times due to equipment issues and I ended up using these for about a month to control the excruciating pain (which any amount of OTC pain relievers and strong RX pain medications didn't even take the edge off of the pain). The size of the applicators made it possible for me to apply the benzocaine directly onto the exposed area down deep, which was phenomenal. I went through 3 entire packs of these and honestly couldn't have made it without them. I'm ordering several more today to have on hand for my fam in case of any need and to have them immediately available. I love, love, love these. Really.
