2007 road glide bolts right up , The powder coating/ paint could be done way better just looks cheap , but for the price you can't beat it , as for getting flats or air lose I haven't had any problems been on the bike for a few months now update 8/17/20 haven't had any problems front or rear rim for the price can't beat it , no flats no bent rims
