I love this. Can use it is yogurt or put on smoothie. Mixes well and tastes great

Love this stuff! It tasted like the real thing, super easy to make and super low calories! Even my daughter liked it, she can be picky.

I've been trying to modify my diet to be more low calorie, healthy, and less sugar and carbs. A friend of mine said her saving grace has been PB2. I hadn't even heard of it! She told me it was a healthier version of peanut butter and it's dry - meaning you mix it with a liquid to make a creamier texture.

The first time I tried PB2, I followed the instructions on the can and mixed it with water. It's definitely less sweet than the normal peanut butter variety, and it doesn't have quite the same texture. I was okay with this since I realized some sacrifice must be made if I'm not eating the real deal.

Currently, I make a morning shake that consists of 2 eggs, splashes of vanilla and almond extract, a dash of cinnamon, 2 packets of stevia, crushed ice, whipping cream (for my liquid of choice - it's low in most things, and the fat calories are filling), and now 1 scoop of PB2! It's almost like drinking dessert for breakfast! It gives me my peanut butter fix while not eat gobs of actual peanut butter - my new food compromise. (I used to eat spoonfuls of peanut butter out of a jar because I loved it so much.)

I've also shopped around a bit and found this to be a pretty good deal for 2 cans - especially because I have prime and it can be shipped to me faster. I looked at other websites like the suggested Netrition, but I guess their prices have gone up because one 16 ounce jar there is 7.99. At amazon it's essentially 7.25 per 16 ounce jar. The only thing there that costs 3.99 is their 6.5 ounce jar.

So...healthy, a good deal, and is extremely versatile. After trying both, I recommend!
