Poor quality cutting mat
kathryn•January 20, 2018
The machine and motor are absolutely fine and work well but the cutting mat provided is a complete let down. Within a few days of use it warped badly and I am finding it impossible to straighten. Very disappointed. So now I have ordered THREE magnetic cutting mats from Amazon Spain in the vague hope that the magnetic ones will prove more robust than the ones supplied. What a shame that they have let an excellent product down with such a cheap and nasty cutting mat.
Best EVER

This motor is excellent and makes it SO MUCH easier! Being that this machine is adjustable, the motor doesn't have to work hard
at all. I use it all the time.
This machine itself is great as well and its a shame that the BIG SHot gets so much advertisement when this machine really IS far
better! The rubber feel hold it in place snugly and that's great when using it!
I tried the Big shot both manual and motorized.. neither worked well and both were returned. THIS machine uses less plates etc too!

Great for large projects!

I used the Evolution and the Advance Motor to letterpress all of my wedding save the dates and invitation suites. The electronic "crank" made the job so much easier! If you are planning on doing a larger job, I would totally recommend purchasing this rather than simply relying on the hand crank to save time. It is easy to attach and detach to the machine. You simply need to squeeze the sides and push in. It locks in and remains in place until you are ready to remove it. I ended up packing the motor and charger away into the Evolution box because it fit perfectly, rather than using two separate boxes.
Great addition to my Evolution machine!!

If you own The Evolution machine this is a must buy! Love this addition to my machine, it has made my life so much easier. The arthritis in my hands & wrist doesn't slow me down anymore while doing crafts or making cards. I am so glad I took a chance & tried it!!
Love This Motor

If you have the Evolution Advanced machine you need this motor. I cannot believe how much better my dies cut! The embossing details really show up well. It is much faster than cranking by hand. I wish I hadn't waited a year to buy it.
