I don't like that it has an artificial sweetener when there are so many good natural sweeteners that are zero calorie like stevia and monk fruit.

I have recently begun doing the keto diet, and there are very few things you can enjoy that are sweet. This is one of the few allowed treats. I mixed it up with half and half and split it into six smaller than normal portions. I was worried how it would taste in the beginning because I usually can't stand sugar free stuff. But I was pleasantly surprised, it tasted just like regular Jell-O pudding. I didn't feel deprived or like I had a substandard substitition. They were great fat bombs to add to my daily diet to meet my macros. Even though I'm not doing keto anymore, I would still buy the sugar free version.
