NOT actually a bargain!

I will give the product five stars because it performed exactly as advertised (I mean, it's sugar, it's sweet and powdery and it's what i ordered) but please be aware that as long as you live within close proximity to a supermarket, chances are that you're being ripped off to a humongous extent on this, especially if you buy in bulk. I've found the exact same product at my local Wal-Mart for... 1/4th the price! 2 lb (same total as this) bags for 1.98 if I recall, or even 1.74 if you're willing to go for Wal-Mart's generic brand. I found out soon after purchase and have been buying locally since.
To reiterate, this product is as advertised, but please be aware that you're getting a really, really bad deal unless you live hundreds of miles from the closest grocery store - but then I'm not sure how this would be delivered to you.

It's kind of amazing what you can easily order online at such good bargains now.
I needed this for a big baking event for my company, but did not want to have to lug it into the office from a local grocery store, so I opted to order it from Amazon.
I'm not sure what else to write, other than the fact that the powdered sugar was a big hit with the beignets we had!
