Excellent
Curbs Oil Consumption In My Old Engine & Helps It Feel Strong Again
Steve E.✓ Verified Purchase•November 28, 2017
My 1994 Grand Cherokee had 128,000 miles of driving in Texas by the original owner so this caused 10W-30 to burn off noticeably, even with oil stabilizer. I decided to reduce the need to add as much viscosity improver by switching to 20W-50 and it made a pleasant difference in the feel of the power as well as the oil consumption. My current mix is 20% Lucas Oil Stabilizer to 80% of this oil.
I haven't had the chance to observe the oil burn-off in the long run so future input will be added.

Buy this! Don't waste extra money at the local store.

Great stuff for my old Bmw 8-series. 240k miles. Always had castrol in it but I tried some modern synthetics that i keep for my other cars.. it didn't like it. burned a lot and leaked. Refilled it with the castrol and it purrs like a kitten again.
Good Oil

Used this oil weight for the first time and it's made a difference in my car. It has over 320k miles and was burning about a liter every 1000 miles using 5w-30 same brand. With 20w-50 it has gone down to a 1/4 of a quart every 1000 miles. I'll stick to this oil till my car stops cranking. Getting it from Amazon is a plus.
