Cleaner liquid is great, bottles on the other hand are terribly cheap and leak.

Let me be very clear, the cleaning solution is great, the problem is the bottles they come in. The bottles that these come in are extremely cheap and leak everywhere. I've bought both this cleaner and their conditioner and both bottles had leaking issues. This particular bottle when attached with the spray nozzle, leaked half of its contents onto my living room table and a bunch of my important banking related papers. The bottle was simply on its side and it leaked most of liquid. The other bottle, the conditioner, has it where simply trying to HOLD the bottle causes the slight pressure to make the liquid ooze and leak out. I noticed this as soon as I tried handling these containers and tightened them as tightly as I could thinking that would be all it would need, boy was I wrong. The cleaning liquid itself worked just fine, but now I feel like I wasted my money as almost all my cleaner has been wasted on paper and carpet.

Wow, I was speechless after seeing what this product did for my car!! I used this product on my Range Rover and I am amazed at how well it cleaned my seats! I wear a lot of dark jeans and I was convinced I had ruined my seats; I didn't know what to do! I found this product on Amazon and read the reviews. It was the photos that another reviewer had posted that convinced me to try it. Now, I have my own amazing photos!! See for yourself! BUY IT!!

Bought very expensive leather chairs at a significant discount. Had some "water spots" on a couple of chairs. Think it was actually dried milk stains. After looking on the internet we called the manufacturer and talked with one of their specialists who recommended this product. Read the reviews and bought it. Used the microfiber cloth to apply and after the first treatment noted only mild improvement, but after the second treatment (done just after the first treatment dried), the stain was not visible!! I then did the entire chair and the results are great. Advice: Do not scrub the area hard. This may roughen up the leather. Apply lightly and wipe off with another microfiber towel. I am going to buy some of the conditioner, but it already seems to have improved the leather without lightening or darkening the leather. See before and after. Not actually lighter, but the lighting had changed. Third photo shows an untreated on the bottom, with a treated on the top. No color change. May appear to darken until leather completely dries.
