This is our RV faucet, installed in a Sprinter 4x4. Why does this matter? Dozens of miles on Mexican washboard dirt roads, vibrations, potholes.
Everything stayed perfectly in place (the pull-out never fell off). The only part that came loose was the faucet handle (turn water on and off). I noticed it before the first trip, and secured both of them with some thread-locker. Easy solution.
Everything has a solid feel, and I don't mind that the pull-out is made of lighter material: I suppose that keeps it from falling out as a result of vibrations.
Faucet feels very precise when it comes to choosing the water pressure and hot/cold mixing.

Very disappointed. Very shiny but cheap plastic underneath. Way to big for head faucet.
