Worth looking into for restless leg syndrome

This item is surprisingly helpful at massaging my calf muscles to prevent restless leg syndrome. I have used it on other areas of muscle tension as well and it works nicely. I have not been using it for the daily sessions the instructions recommend, but it is a great item anyway. Even my cats like to have it rolled along their backs. As soon as I start using it on me, they come running and lie down to be "rolled!"

I bought this because I could not find a messager that worked for my shin splints. When I first pulled it out of the box I thought, "Oh, these are too sharp, they will hurt". But I tried it and It actually wasn't bad. After trying different amounts of pressure, I realized my shins were feeling energized and more relaxed. I was able to do stretching without pain. I then tried it on my shoulders and neck and it was incredible. I now use it on that stubborn fashia fat that hangs on in ugly lumps on my belly and it is helping to even that out. I am going to buy one of the little mats next for my neck and back.

I'm using it to help rid my lymph nodes of silicon. I hope it helps. It is a well made product. I don't get the tingle all over feeling that some describe. I have sensitive skin and I only go over the same area 2 or 3 times. I have not had any adverse reactions to it, but if I go over the same area more than 2 or 3 times, if feels a little stingy. It comes with instructions that show you in which direction to use and I love that!
