UPDATE: Best customer service ever. They made this right. I am very hopeful that the next one will be better and I will purchase again from these guys. They trusted me even after they didnt have to. I bought this for my son to use at school. He had it for a few weeks and then didn't use it over the summer. He is very careful about taking the tension off when he isn't using it. He started up the school year in late August and used it for about an hour a day on school days. Late November the clip comes loose and it just explodes all of the hair out. This was not a cheap purchase and I would think with only one hour a day of use it would last longer than 3 months. Very disappointed!!
