Perfect!, love these, the capers are inside. I used 1/2 a can per Caesar salad. There were 8 in the can. These are rolled anchovies with capers so when/if you rinse them, be sure to make sure the capers don't fall out.
If you love Caesar salads buy these-they are key for that true Caesar salad restaurant taste. Also, I use Mayo instead of raw egg I know many people will not agree however you will still get the taste with Mayo even if the restaurants don't do it, some of us don't choose to take a chance on getting ill, especially with all that's going on at this time
