The white flakes are not liked by my fish

Overall this is a good product but the abundance of white flakes that is not liked by my fish, all them I must say are Glo-Fish, makes me think it must be reformulated or at least those white flakes must be removed. They just accumulate at the bottom making aquarium maintenance a little more harder.
