Love it. Perfect for my laminate floor.

Great customer service and beautiful floor box. I had a problem installing mine and they sent me a new one free of charge. Be careful screwing the receptacle into the case, the screws can break.

Looks great, very heavy duty metal. Plug is a bit cheap but works fine and can easily be changed if needed. Only issue we had was leveling on the carpet. The electrician could not get the unit to level out with the extra clip, but it seems strong enough without it. Also had to buy cheap 1 ft extension cords to plug in my cell. The plug is recessed under the face plate. Because the plate is a think metal you can't plug in anything larger than a standard plug. I keep the cords I my end table so they are easy to access and causes no issues.
