Looks and feels very nice, sturdy. Water flow seems good. No leaks after easy installation. This is a big improvement over my prior setup using the stand alone Sprite filter with a different brand handheld shower head.
Expensive feel, but has weak link components.

The pro: it looks really nice and feels weighty. The filters are reasonably easy to replace, if you use vaseline on the ends, and can be bought on Amazon, Subscribe and Save. They keep my white hair from turning yellow-orange.
The bad: I had to replace the bracket (Sprite sells them on its website) after a year or so because it srpung a leak--it's just plastic. More annoyingly, the rubber tips on the outer ring, for the gentler shower, get misaligned and spray randomly. I have not been able to realign them, and the Sprite website does not seem to sell a replacement head only. For $54, the shower head is only a couple of years old! For the record, we do not have hard water or anything.

Easy to install - not tools needed and matches the other brushed nickel faucets in my bathroom perfectly except mine came with the blue small highlights as shown in one of the pictures. I would rather the plain brushed nickel without the blue, but it is not offensive and the handle faucet is working well so I am not returning it!
