Good steamer and excellent customer service!

I have had the steamer for about a year and have used atleat once every month for long time periods (about half an hour every time) and would steam about 8-10 dress shirts/pants in one go. The steamer produces a good amount of steam and gets every wrinkle out. I have never had any issue with water dripping from the bottom or splirting from the hose. The hose is very well insulated and flexible. The steamer comes with a few attachments but I never used them as the steamer head alone did the job for me. The steam is powerful enough to make a crease of the fabric is taught.

I was not happy because the PS-910 lasted less than a year for me - the rubber hose got a couple of holes because of a kink near the wire spring. However, I was surprised and impressed by the customer service from PurSteam. They emailed me not once, but 4 times, trying to find out if I would like to send the appliance in for servicing as it was under a 5 year guarantee. Sadly, I had already disposed of it. Diane and Anna from ZN Direct contacted me to ask what they could do to improve by PurSteam experience and offered me a complimentary travel steamer. It is very rare to find a company that will take such good care of its customers and I will now definitely recommend any shopper to purchase from them - if you have any problems it is clear that they will immediately sort it out for you. I bought this steamer to steam my curtains that I knew I would never take down just to iron. I've never used a steamer before so everything was new to me with this. It came packaged very well and the product was in perfect condition. The instructors were very easy to read and it was easy to assemble and being using the steamer. I first steamed a sweater that was completely wrinkled as I do live in a very dry area. I was able to completely steam this item, the first time using a steamer in under 3 mins. I then moved to my curtains and was able to get those done in about 10-15 mins. They are not perfect but they have been wrinkled for about 8 months now plus I was getting tired. I did both the sweater and large set of curtains on one tank and had water to spare. I noticed a huge difference and I can't wait to implement this steamer in more chores! I would buy again and refer to a friend.

I love having this steamer. I've always hated ironing, so I'd end up with a few wrinkles in most of my clothes when I wore them. Now, with this thing everything is wrinkle free. I've gotten a lot of compliments, too. I get through my laundry really fast, the hanger makes steaming a breeze. And I even get a nice creasevening in my khakis. Couldn't be happier with this item!

I bought this to replace an old one I have (different brand), whose wheels are wobbly and the steam was becoming inconsistent at best. I love this new one! Much sturdier, and the steam flows out evenly. I hate ironing, and there's nothing I own that needs a crease, so steaming is the way to go for me. This is lightweight and easy to use. Just follow the directions ;)
