These stockings are not expensive--about $1.25/stocking--and considering the price, these work great. I bought a couple dozen for staff to decorate and hang in the break room. They have worked great for that purpose. The stockings are not very thick, but again, they are cheap in price. If you are looking to buy a bunch of stockings and not spend a fortune, these should work well. In one picture, only the red stockings are the Windy City Novelties 15" Red Felt Stockings. It has been a good, cheap way to help co-workers get in a festive mood. :)

These are very inexpensive stockings and the quality is about what you would expect for the price. I thought we might be able to use these year after year, but several stockings had structural blow-outs after being hung stuffed with lots of gifts (granted, we definitely OVER-stuffed them). They worked fine for what we were doing and the price was right. Just don't expect plush velvet or good quality. These are one-use stockings if you're going to put anything in them.

We are having a Christmas Stocking decorating contest at work so they are good for that purpose. I wouldn't use them as a stocking for your fireplace or to fill. Some of the stockings were wrinkled.
