With 2000 of these, I'll be long dead before they'll be used up. Perfect size for cleaning the cat boxes.

I'm using these bags mostly for discarding dog poop, but do use them for other purposes as well. I've discovered that each pack has one fairly consistent flaw which is very interesting and may affect your satisfaction with the small t-shirt sized bags. Be advised that the measurements are as described, SMALL, which is precisely what I wanted. For more than a single rolled up lightweight t-shirt, this size likely won't work for you, so don't be tempted by their lower cost. If you need exactly 2000 perfect bags, you may not be happy because the flaw I mentioned earlier is that at least one bag in each pack (mine had 25 packs) has a handle that is not cut properly. Due to the flimsy plastic being folded and stacked prior to cutting, the stacks are sliced improperly. For me, that's no problem because I only tie the handles to contain what I'm immediatley throwing into the dumpster, but if you need perfect handles for presentation or carrying by the handles, you will find a few less than the 2000 to be in good shape. The individual bags are as easy to separate from each pack as any others I've used and all in all, I'm quite satisfied with these individual bags. They are wonderful for carry out food, boxes like those for jewelry items or knick knacks, and have the ever so common, "Thank You," printed in red along with the standard avoid suffocation warnings. I always thank my dog for pooping, but you may find the reminder is a helpful nudge to thank your dog. The bottom of each bag is well sealed with no openings for leakage or spilling when containing moist goods. They are not suitable for more than damp. To my disappointment, the box I recently received contained less than 2000 bags. Because of the handle flaw and short number of bags, I have to deduct a star for otherwise fine extra small sized disposable plastic bags with handles.

Go ahead and buy these. I spent about 30 minutes comparing listings for bags (for cat litter disposal) and finally decided on these. You'll be surprised at just how many bags you'll receive"¦ this equals great price per bag.

And they are also thicker than I was expecting for the price. Please be sure to note the measurements, though, to make sure they're not too small for you (they're perfect for litter or poop disposal). They are not the size you're picturing if you're thinking of the plastic bags they put your grocery purchases in.

It might take you a bit of practice to get these bags open easily. Try opening it near the handle not the center. Licking your index finger and/or thumb definitely helps, but you probably don't want to do that if you're dealing with litter, or if you're a shop owner who'd be handing the bag to a customer, going, "Oh just ignore that my saliva is now on your bag."

The easiest way to separate one bag from the bunch is to grab it from the bottom and tug. I also sometimes sit and watch TV and pull them all apart to save the hassle later.
