I gave it a month before reviewing, want to be fair. I am seeing a higher energy level and less pain - I have Lupus skin - joint pain, muscle weakness/spasms, fatigue, migraines - this is the first supplement I've taken where I see appreciable improvement - thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have yet to have taken Dr. Danielle's RALA for long, but I have no problem with anticipating the quality of her products. On her site, you will notice that she doesn't market a plethora of products, a sign that she concentrates on the excellence of what she offers.
I have, however, taken Alpha Lipoic Acid for some time for my neuropathy. I started, knowing little about it, and was unknowingly taking the S Alpha Lipoic acid and noticed little effect. When I switched to the more natural R Alpha Lipoic (RALA), that changed. I added Acetyl L-Carnitine and Vitamin B-100 complex to it, and the swelling in my hands, ankles, and feet went down, the cramps in my hands dissipated, and the itching sensations diminished. I can categorically say that it works.
I expect no less from Dr. Danielle's RALA. Actually she combines the R with S, about 1/2 each, for a total of a powerful 550 mg. in this product, which I take twice a day as therapy, along with 1800 mg of the Acetyl L-Carnitine, for neuropathy. Because of the reasonable cost of this product, I will continue to order it, and I have no problem recommending it.

I have used 5 bottles already. One will be here tomorrow. It keeps me in ketosis. I was on vacation last week and ate vaca style. I did NOT gain an ounce. First time ever. BEWARE, you tinkle will smell like skunk. I have been using R-ALA since 2001. I am a low carber. This one is the best and the best value. If you are a woman trying to lose weight, get some R-ALA. Take 2 before meals. You will get into and stay in ketosis. Use the sticks to test and you will know that I am telling the truth. Bodybuilders have used r-ALA forever to help get back into ketosis after their carb up days.
EDIT: I have ordered several times since my original review. I keep one bottle in my office, one in my backpack, one in my gym bag, one at home and always have a couple back ups. I have tried every single R-ALA on the market and THIS is the best. I have no affiliation with the brand and have never received a free product.

I'm impressed with the ingredients label. It's pretty good price for the number of pills you get and the mg. I take R-ALA with a carb meal and it keeps me from falling asleep. I was worried that the high dose would give me heartburn but, several hours later, so far so good. They did offer to give me another bottle just for writing this review, so I feel like I really scored!
