They work great. A routing template would be a nice addition.
Install is a little hairy, but very strong and worth the trouble.

Installed these on a project today. Im not going to lie, they are a BOOGER to install.

You basically have to route out for two layers. One for the body, then another 1/8 under that for the rivets.

Also, you'll need to round out the edges of your recess for this hasp.

That being said, these things are awesome. VERY STRONG, and VERY SECURE closer. No way my application is going to bounce open on accident with these bad boys.
