This product is great. I have used it with two boards and with one board. With two boards I use straps and then walk to the ocean while pulling the boards. But mostly I go alone and take one board. In that case I pull the board behind my bicycle. I find it is best to rest the nose of the board on the bike seat so the seat is taking the weight. I can still sit on the front of the seat without a problem. I usually just hold my paddle in one hand as I bike to the beach. One thing I have learned is to pull the bungee strap tight one you get the board centered and are securing it to the SUP wheels. This keeps the board straight and prevents the wheels from rubbing against the board when you are moving.
Customer Service is fantastic. I had a problem with one part more than a year after I purchased the product. I contacted SUP Wheels, got a response within hours, and had a free replacement part in three days, even though I was out of warranty. You can't ask for more than that.

This is a fantastic product! I've had another paddle board carrier and this one is much, much better. I had neighbor envy -- several of my neighbors also have it, and they love it -- so I took the plunge and got my own.
I also had some confusion about how to make it fit onto my over-sized board, but the company owner helped me sort that out right away. Super helpful guy and company.

My SUP Classic is perfect for towing my 10' SUP to the beach 5 blocks away. Easy to put the board in, and I like the simplicity of the way it attaches to the bike seat. When the plastic buckle broke that attaches the nose mesh sling to the axle strap, I got in touch with SUP Wheels. They were very responsive and sent me their newer designed mesh/strap kit at no charge. Then they followed up with an email to ask if everything was working well. You don't get such customer service often these days. Much appreciated "“ and a much used product.

These wheels are sooo awesome. I have a couple blocks to walk to get to my destination, and they work great. If I hit a bump in the sidewalk, the paddle tends to slide a bit, but not a big deal. I am anxious to try pulling with my bike also. I highly recommend these wheels with strap handle.

After reading reviews I was nervous to get these wheels. But I really wanted SUP wheels for riding from my house to a pond close by with no parking. I am so happy I went ahead and tried. There were clear instructions (My teenagers put it together in 10 min). My board didn't rub. We road 7 miles on a bike path in the mountains. No problem on turns. I was worried the wheels wouldn't hold up because my kids were going fast down the mountain but they did. We have a 10'6 hard board. We even strapped chairs on top of the board.
