Sent to my father who is Irish- for his 87th birthday- he absolutely loves the sweater. Fantastic quality for this price when I've seen sweaters for double and triple this amount not as good. Very authentic he said and he just loves it and said it is very warm and comfortable.

I loved this sweater when I got it....bought it for my husband for an anniversary gift. Then, after 6 months of wear I decided it was time to wash it.....ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIONS on the label. The sweater shrank so much that I can't even get the button holes open to button up the sweater if I wanted to wear it (still too small even for me but I hate to throw the money away). I tried to return it but they said it was too late to do that. Seriously, who needs to wash a wool sweater right away to keep in the time frame for Amazon and Carrol's Irish Sweater Company??? Buyer beware. The sweater is great (at first) and if you don't ever need to clean it you'll be just fine! This is my first negative experience for anything I have ever bought through Amazon and it is quite disheartening.

Outstanding quality and look, as expected. XXL fits a bit snug in the shoulders and arms for me, but that isn't unusual for me. If you have a large waist (38" or more), this may be a bit small. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Fantastic! I live in this cardigan and have had many compliments. I bought it extra large so I could wear layers or just to be comfy. It adjusts to the cool or warmth of the weather.... I know that sounds off but it really does. I love it and recommend it to those who live in cooler climates.
