Shockingly good

I couldn't quite make myself pull the trigger on the IT cosmetics brush I wanted, so I split the difference cost-wise on this one. Ever since using an IT brush, I have ridiculously high standards. However, I would put this brand neck and neck against the one that is more than double the price. It's dense, soft, and appears durable. It has heft. It did lose one or two bristles the first time I used it, but nothing since, and cleans well, while maintaining it's integrity. I will be replacing all of my lower quality brushes with this brand. I paid full price for it, so there is no bias. Shop with confidence.

This is an excellent brush at a wonderful price! I have had others, much more expensive ones such as bareMinerals, that were not as dense or soft as this brand. Definitely recommend it!

Already losing its hairs after five months!

This brush is losing a lot of its hairs after only five months. I clean it with a good brush shampoo once/week. I would like to get a new one, not sure how to return it.
It is sold at a good price but is like every flat top brush I buy, when I use it daily, the hairs start coming out. I use it for my foundation and put it on in circles. Don't understand why brushes don't last.

I am one of those people who order from Amazon often, but never leave reviews. I know that sounds bad , but I've often been satisfied with all my purchases and needed returns. However for this purchase, I felt I had to write due to all the amazing reviews that have been left for this item. When I ordered the item about four months ago, I was blown away on how great and flawless this brush applied my foundation. I used it once a day and washed as instructed. However four months later, a little less than that actually, the brush started leaving brush hairs on my face when applying. Two weeks later it really got bad and the brush didn't appear "flat" anymore but the bristles were all coming out. if I gave an ever so light tug on one, it came out. A few tugs eventually led to the WHOLE brush head popping out. It looks like it came unglued or maybe was defective.
Anyway, I tried contacting the seller to let them know and no response. So buyer beware. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is- the price I mean related to the quality.

Just received this in the mail and tried it with my liquid Clinique foundation. I loved it. I usually use a flat foundation brush and that takes a lot of blending work but with this it was so quick and the bristles are soft. I did notice minor shedding but I really like it. I can't believe it took so long for me to order this. I plan on keeping in the plastic holder that was around the bristles when not in use to keep it compact.
Updated review: I've been using this brush for about a month now even ordered a mini one for concealer around my eyes. This brush works best when it's clean, and I haven't had any shedding when cleaning it. I use shampoo and warm water to clean it. When theres too much product on the brush it makes your foundation look streaky. But when the brush is clean and soft it blends perfectly.
