Used it for the first time to clamp 1 1/4" square tube for a welding cart project. Works really well, clamps perfectly. I was only using 2 axis for this job. On the down side, the box it came in looked like it had been dropped from a plane. The t-handle on the lower clamp was bent, I was able to straighten it out in a vice. Should be packaged better considering it's weight.

First- buy this one at a time. Weird, weird pricing on Amazon for this item. One is $211, but a two, three or four-pack costs $300 per unit.
This took my table base welding to a new level. Totally necessary tool in my shop now. The first day we used this, we put together three table bases, flipped them over on the floor and found zero wobble. You will get accuracy that you just can't get with a two-way clamp. A one-inch scrap stock piece works as a spacer to keep the other end of the pieces squared up. While I'd love to have four of these, one is all I needed to get good results. The time saved, not to mention the quality improvement, makes this clamp an essential investment for me.

Love the product, great value. Packaged poorly and would've been damaged during shipping if it wasn't cast iron. Box arrived half torn open with the little Styrofoam used completely crushed.
